The horrible experience stemmed from my need to not eat items placed near steaming shell-fish. Don't CHANGE the way your employees communicate with the customer, enable the bad service. After an intense plea without being angry or agitating they finally let me go. They surround me in my chair and inform me that a complaint has been filed on me from the Keno person. About 20 minutes later two security guards track me down because of my PLAYERS card.
She ran to the phone and refused to serve me that game. Frustrated, I crumpled the ticket and placed it on the counter next to me. After writing my ticket twice and then found out I didn't have the funds for two games I asked her to just play for one.
In Keno, if there are ANY changes to an existing ticket or if you don't want a number and you cross it out, you have to write a new one. A horrible experience today with Keno and Buffet.
